How It Works
We simply install an agent on each computer or server that you wish to protect. After the initial configuration, backups happen automatically and we can monitor and manage the process remotely – without ever accessing your data!
After the first full backup only incremental block level changes are sent, optimising bandwidth and storage usage.
All backup data is stored within our highly resilient vault clusters, and is replicated and stored at a minimum of two geographically diverse locations.
Your data is encrypted and compressed before it leaves your computers using military grade security protocols with up to 448 bit encryption based on the proven Blowfish algorithm.
