For customers who wish to have access to a managed service desk for their support queries, or to fully manage the EAZYBack service on a proactive basis, System Online Limited provides two additional levels of support as listed below.
reACT
Uplift the standard level of support to provide 8am to 8pm telephone and service desk support
reACT+
Provides the same level of support as reACT with the addition of full monitoring for your critical backup requirements.
Support
Whilst EAZYBack is a very simple and easy to use service, we recognise that there will be circumstances when customers will need to get Technical Support. The EAZYBack service includes as standard email only support. We would ask you to take the time to read our manuals and FAQs as they will answer most questions. If however you still need help please use the support request form to enable us to respond in a timely manner.
